The Wealth Cap is a system that will cap wealth at a certain level.  Valuation for wealth will be per the WCE formula.  This cap is vital to shrink the wealth gap to more humane levels.  Put another way, to raise up the income level of those making $60K or less and decreasing the wealth of the 0.1% by that amount.

The WCE is a new formula to be used in the evaluation of wealth.  The WCE formula rewards those that stay invested in the companies they grew or created.  This is done by valuing stock value as the purchase price.  If you create a company and it grows 10 times it does not matter.  Your wealth in that investment is the original purchase price times the amount of stock you own.  When you pull your money out, it is then considered at its market value.

The wealth gap is the measure of disparity between the rich and the poor.  Currently the wealth gap is at its highest level in history.
